I lead pricing digitalization, AI programs, and reporting across CMO for ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe. My role covers driving development of machine‑learning pricing models, coordinating all AI initiatives across the department, and owning the reporting & analytics roadmap using Tableau and modern data practices. I work closely with data science, IT, and commercial teams to deliver scalable pricing solutions and data‑driven insights.

Leading a Center of Excellence in data analytics, with a strong focus on data visualization and analytics. Aim is to digitalize and bring change management in a business department to increase the efficiency of reporting. Includes management of two people. Tools used : Tableau, Excel, SAP.
Main person responsible for monthly financial closing of 4 different entities. It implied reconciliation of SAP FI, COPA and BPC, in addition to rebuilding reconciliation files. One of the main responsibilities was also to reshape and rebuild the regional P&L excel file by including BW queries, rendering it more dynamic. As a result of my SAP curiosity and expertise, I was a valuable part and a strong interface between business and IT, for a new sales incentive program in SAP Vistex. The program was founded on the principles of Agile methodology.

Responsible for centralizing the management of high-value (>50k€) market offers from procurement to selling the product. The aim of the centralization was to improve margins and service to key accounts. Provided reports to sales directors using data visualization in Excel to demonstrate margin improvements.
Responsible for Kanban-type logistics systems harmonization in the context of a merger. The goal was to combine two logistic systems into one, implying data cleaning, editing, harmonizing and analyzing through Excel to provide a single cohesive dataset to load in SAP.
