Developed Typescript and GraphQL data aggregator service for 20+ microservices consumed by 10+ apps. Coordinated between all consuming clients during new product initiatives to design and implement company wide data graph. Implemented Domain Driven Design architecture while following TDD process, enabling extensive test coverage and test automation.
Developed applications and services in Node.js, using technologies such as Express and GraphQL, for a major cosmetics multinational. Using agile methodologies and testing tools (unitary, integration, functional). Reviewed other team members code to improve project quality and maintainability. Coordinated with local and remote teams to get the best product implementation.

Analyzed data to improve first level resolution percentages: Used Python and natural language processing tools to visualize the most frequent terms that appeared in the description of problems and requests. Expanded the documentation of the services so the Help Desk could solve more problems and requests.
