As someone with an interest in many different things, I have held a variety of roles in the HR services & consulting industry, including Senior Consultant, Sales Operations Manager, Head of Marketing & Communications and Business Development Manager. I managed teams of up to 6 direct reports and I founded a company, talentzip GmbH, offering unique and tailor-made recruitment services in the Swiss and neighboring markets. Currently I am also launching a platform helping employers and job seekers in Africa to connect online. Through my different experiences I was able to enhance and refine my communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, analytical and numerical skills, to name a few. I have a pronounced ability to consider things from a strategic and big picture perspective, as well as from an operational and tactical perspective. I have 15 years of professional experience in marketing, communication & PR, business development, talent acquisition and strategic talent management. I’ve worked with and have implemented a variety of ATS and CRM systems throughout my career and am currently working on projects involving digitization in HR. A team player with a take charge and leadership mindset, I communicate effectively in 5 languages with clients and colleagues.
