I lead a team of 5 that also covers Enterprise Solutions across the DACH region and the dental laboratories domain. Led a team of 8 managers working at the intersection of business and product teams, transforming sales management processes and CRM technology to enhance revenue operations, commercial excellence and growth.
Partnered with Meta's Global Business Group leadership to transform planning and operations for a 4,000-FTE sales organization, managing the central team of 11 recursive reports (from Aug 2022). Streamlined global goal-setting and forecasting processes and led strategic initiatives in sales performance management, introducing new KPIs and performance management frameworks. Spearheaded a compensation program overhaul for 700+ salespeople, leading a cross-functional team to deliver in 6 months.
Partnered with Meta's Agency leadership to transform the global agency strategy, impacting 600 FTEs and a multi-billion-dollar revenue segment. Contributed to the merger of two agency management organizations, leading the optimization and pilot of a new service model to unlock growth from global Big 6 agency groups as well as local Indie agencies. Designed and scaled Facebook's foundational Partner Management program for medium-sized agencies, improving sales excellence for 300+ FTEs and driving millions in revenue lift.
Founded and scaled Novertur, an online business matchmaking startup, from scratch to a 6-person team with paying customers. Led a cross-functional team from product ideation to launch, building an online community of 4,000+ companies and hundreds of B2B clients. Secured CHF 500k in seed funding from business angels and formed key partnerships with HE-Arc and the Swiss Confederation. Blackbox 2014 alumni.
Led market research to shape the business strategy of Kudelski Security's Media Cybersecurity Team. Informed leadership’s positioning within the OTT-TV and Digital TV cybersecurity market.
Worked with the Lead Consultant of an HR and Industrial Relations consulting boutique on various HR strategy and organizational projects, including an analysis to support the negotiation of a group of social enterprises with Unions.
