About

I consider myself to be an enthusiastic and focused individual. Others see me as a self-motivated young man. I’m able to use my initiative when faced with a difficult task, a good team player with excellent communication skills, but also confident working independently. Previous managerial roles, have enabled me to understand what it takes to create a safe, positive and engaging working environment for my colleagues & students. I have extensive knowledge of the sporting industry, educational sector, wellbeing and sales. I’ve found that the skills, techniques and experiences I’ve learnt over the past decade, have really transformed the way in which I coach, teach, mentor and counsel children, young people and adults in this current climate. After completing my undergraduate degree, I travelled the world on cruise ships, exposing myself to different cultures and ethnicities, networking along the way. After this, I returned I wanted to further my personal development and enrolled on a PgDiploma in Sports, Exercise and Psychology at Ulster university. This then lead to me exploring psycho-therapy, psycho-education and counselling. I’ve just completed my diploma in therapeutic counselling skills, making me a qualified counsellor, with psychology skills and a sporting background. Plans for 2025 is to further my knowledge & experience and enrolling on as many CPD’s as possible.
