I managed multiple projects from hardscapes, irrigation installs and repair, to softscape, and snow removal. My largest project was at Eli Lilly working on a 1.1 million dollar bid install. Here I worked with superintendents, safety managers, project leads on a daily basis to ensure quality and project completion. I also managed an onsite 3-4 acre nursery, and the daily safety of my crew. I also had the opportunity to learn how to read construction plans, and maximized efficiencies while keeping quality to highest standards.
My goal was to council customers on our products and and explain the benefits of using our products compared to our competitors products. I also kept our shelves stocked and faced properly as well as putting up end caps and assist in marketing our products according to the stores policies as well as complying with Scott's marketing program.
