In March 2021, the Writer, Researcher and Teacher of the National University of Quilmes (UNQ) and University of La Plata (UNLP), Director of the Laboratory of Social and Cultural Studies and the journal "Cuestiones Criminales", Esteban Rodriguez Alzueta, called me and invited me to participate in the BEFI 2020 Scholarship contest. With their academic support, I presented my first research project, named: "The impact of violence on the life path of young people". The Academic Commission graded my project with 9, which allowed me to obtain the scholarship and the possibility to carry out the investigation which I am currently working on.
After the acquisition of Seguros SURA by Galicia Seguros, I continued with my role as Non-Motor Claims and Compensation Analyst. Dedicated to the attention and resolution of claims of the portfolio of Brokers, Organizers and Producers of mainly Capital Federal and Buenos Aires, I had the challenge of strengthening the link between the Producers and the Organization based on my communication and resolution skills. With my team, we faced an unprecedented storm that hit the country during the month of December 2023. This episode, which caused losses to thousands of policyholders, contributed to my specialization in the analysis of large damages, thanks to active listening to the Loss Adjusters Experts. I relied on them to understand the different analysis variables (For example, Ross - Heidecke Method) that make the world of Insurance an exciting space for continuous learning. All the tools and knowledge that I acquired in Claims and Risk Underwriting made my contribution essential to achieving a better customer experience and that "millions of people are encouraged to do more", the main purpose of Galicia Seguros.
I worked as a radio host, columnist and producer in several radio stations in Buenos Aires, such as "FM La Maja" (which belongs to the "Multimedios Cell group"). I also have experience in television (host and street reporter) and documentalist from the report "La Forestal de Santa Fe". In 2018, I was in the Poems selection of the book "De Pueblo en Pueblo" , from the Ente Cultural Santafesino, with my poem "Al pueblo de Villa Guillermina". In 2020 I published my first book: "Forest Dreams". An historical novel based on real events, which recounts the hardships and luxuries of a town around "La Forestal & CO", an English company that extracts tannin.
