I obtained my PhD at the Center for Applied Autonomous Sensor Systems at Örebro University as part of the Newbreed-Successful ageing interdisciplinary doctoral program, co-funded by the European Commission through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. My research interests lie primarily in the area of human-computer interaction and experimental psychology. My project focused on the role of social perception in older adults as a modulator of interactions with intelligent systems. Currently exploring and enjoying the vast world of data analytics at SDG Group. Before this, I got my BSc in psychology from Complutense University of Madrid in 2013 and completed a MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience at Goldsmiths College, University of London, in 2014. Although I was originally training to become a neuropsychologist, I was particularly curious about human cognition and how it shapes our everyday interactions. This lead me to land as a UX researcher at the Galician Automotive Technology Centre in 2015. As a natural consequence of having been surrounded by engineers and stunning new technologies for so long, my main interests ended up orbiting the interdisciplinary field of human-computer interaction and data analytics.
