Removed bottlenecks, to increase production and efficiency, by adjusting people and product placement, line access, line speed, line set-up, and multiple other lean methods - removing the 7 wastes Practiced and implemented lean/5S methodology - including assisting in creating, rolling-out, establishing and implementing a new production floor layout Created, established, implemented, and managed a Training Program that was implemented across 2 shifts. Supported construction of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing facility, to produce a new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) in Clayton, North Carolina. Responsible for the the warehouse team, composed of 3 on-site facilities and 2 offsite facilities. Created and covered the daily safety task analysis (STA), workload, and team goals. Responsible for ensuring safety and compliance. Accountable for accurately and safely receiving, warehousing, and issuing materials to the field. Specialized in pharmaceutical process equipment. Successful project completion of developing process and flow that transferred all process equipment, and related materials, to an off-site warehouse. Responsible for transfer and receipt of materials from the jobsite, into the off-site warehouse. Responsible for developing SOP's and material/process flows for the off-site warehouse, including racking layout and installation. Team awarded crew of the month, for successful off-site warehouse transfer and start-up: warehouse layout, transfer/receipt, process flows, SOP's, and utilization. Responsible for successfully exiting multiple off-site warehouses, once constraints allowed, transferring and removing all remaining equipment and materials.
