- Conduct thorough technical due diligence for multiple client engagements, offering crucial insights and assessments to investors involved in M&A deals at various stages of the solar project life cycle (NTP, Mechanical Completion, etc) - Scope of technical diligence encompasses subject matter including Interconnection, Site Control, Revenue, Permits & Environmental, Design & Engineering, Equipment Specs, etc - Deliver tools such as Document GAP Analysis, RFI Log, Risk Register, Level 1 Schedule, Permit & Contract Compliance Matrix. Maintain & update tools throughout the diligence process. - Support client’s preparation of documents vital to the closing process, drafting Schedules to the MIPA/APA, Conditions Precedent, and maintenance of a Closing Checklist
Responsible for analytical support to the Global Asset Management function and portfolio of operating global solar PV projects, including reporting, invoicing, contract & document management, and market transaction processes.
