About

With 18+ years of experience in emergency medical services and a lifelong passion for health and human performance, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, critical care knowledge, and fitness coaching to every role I take on. I began my career in 2007 as a professional firefighter/EMT, later transitioning into the hospital setting where I’ve spent the past 13 years in emergency and critical care medicine. My hands-on experience includes advanced clinical procedures such as ultrasound-guided IV placement, complex wound care, orthopedic splinting, NG/OG tube placement, and suturing. In the critical care space, I’ve worked closely with high-acuity patients, managing ECMO, Impella, and intra-aortic balloon pump support, as well as the administration and titration of critical IV medications. I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Nursing in July 2024 and am actively expanding my scope into the health and wellness space, bridging clinical knowledge with proactive, preventative care. In addition to my medical background, I have been a professional boxer since 2006 and have trained clients of all fitness levels in both individual and group settings. I believe optimal health comes from the integration of physical performance, mental wellness, and informed clinical care. I’m seeking opportunities that allow me to leverage my diverse background in medicine, fitness, and wellness to help others achieve their highest potential—physically, mentally, and holistically.
