Hi, I’m Lucas Frick, a mechanical engineer dedicated to innovation and sustainability. My Bachelor studies in Innovation- and Product Management helped me gain a wide array of techniques and knowledge. Based on a rich technical background, I thrive on exploring unconventional solutions and enjoy improving various systems no matter their nature. Working as a Bartender, in Marketing and in Construction though me a lot about adaptability and managing stress as well as reinforcing my social skills. In my experience working as a Dive Guide, I learned about team leadership and to keep my cool under pressure. As a project manager in a small international company, I had an important role in planning, implementation and operational management. Extensive travels improved my resourcefulness, cultural awareness, and problem-solving skills, making me a valuable asset for any company. I'm highly motivated to combine my abilities and to contribute to an innovative, sustainable organization, driving impactful change for a better future.
I work for an international, innovation-driven company that is considered a pioneer in sustainable large-scale 3D printing technologies. In my role, I am responsible for all project coordination – from customer communication and planning machine capacities and personnel to the operational management of an international production team.
