Assisted in on-site supervision of an apartment complex project worth $35 million. Proactively identified problems and engaged in jobsite labor related tasks to fill subcontractor scope gaps in order to maintain the CPM schedule in a timely manner. Utilized Procore software to review the schedule, coordinate building inspections, create markups, track deliveries/quantity of materials, and complete daily work logs, RFI’s, and submittals. Developed working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
- Developed accurate and timely proposals and estimates for specific scope on projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million in size - Utilized BlueBeam Revu, Bid2Win, and AGTEK software to complete quantity takeoffs and pricing of scope either through self performed based estimate or unit price estimating - Prepared bid packages involving analysis of competitive subcontractor and supplier bids
- Performed tests on construction materials including soils, aggregate, concrete, asphalt, and steel. - Recorded test results after performing calculations to create graphical representations and data. - Interpreted construction documentation to determine project details and specifications. - Communicated orally and in writing with engineers, contractors, and agency representatives. - Participated in multiple drilling rig operations with the Geotechnical group.
