Worked on my master thesis during my stay at NOS which obtained a grade of 18 out of 20. The thesis consisted in doing representation learning to associate an employee time-series with a given type of churner (e.g. people who churn due to better opportunities, people who churn due to dissatisfaction, etc.)
My research was in goal-oriented dialog systems, Question Answering and Conversational Information Retrieval (chatbots). The main body of investigation was in the use of large pre-trained transformers (i.e. BERT, ELMo, ...) for these use cases
