Helping lead and organize the SET (Systems Engineering Team) at Ford. Utilizing Systems Engineering thinking to break down barriers within Ford's Product Development system to implement systematically optimized cross-fuctional solutions. In this role we are fully integrated with Planning, Architecture, Studio, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams to fully-vet groundbreaking future product ideas.
Lead SIT (Systems Integration Engineer) for Bundle Two, containing SIT 3,7,9, & 10. Examples of these parts include upperbody structures, closures, pickup box, cab, and front structure.
In this role I worked on during the early design stages of a program. Part of the SIT role is to ensure the program has a high-level understanding of large architecture changes and how that affects the overall systems within the vehicle. To properly execute this role you must be efficient at benchmarking both internally and externally, as well as have a high level of understanding of how system level changes affect the vehicle.
