The plant is located in a national park where rigorous environmental controls are met in terms of effluent discharge and resource consumption. During my tenure, significant union agreements were reached (productivity and new task schemes) and a new distribution center was launched, improving fill rate (95%) and on-time delivery. The areas under my responsibility included HR, Maintenance, Production, Logistics, Production Planning, Administration, and Quality. Ensured variable and fixed production costs were met. Implemented continuous improvement and conducted internal and external audits. Developed PDCA and implemented a continuous production improvement system throughout the plant. Managed a team of 200 employees.
