From “anti insurance” to “top 5% of insurance agent”, it took me a year to make this decision. I joined AAG in 2016 from a managerial role in the hotel industry. The journey at the start was very tough as the job scope was very different with my previous employment. I faced countless of rejections at the start. However, the systematic training program, together with my desire to success, it helped me adapt very quickly as a new consultant. With the right values from the agency culture and from my mentor, I learnt to focus on the right things at the right time, and provide the best advice to the people who trust me. Within these few years, I have achieved many personal goals and milestones in my life. I'm committed to serve all my friends, family and clients with the best service that I have learned in my 10 years of customer service experience in a 5 star hotel, and committed to making the lives of fellowman better.
