Head of Hiring Operations - Collaborate with executives to lead the department in the identification of needs, recruitment, interviewing, and the onboarding process. - Restructure and implement new systems where necessary to create a more efficient hiring process - Plan, develop, and implement new training policies and initiatives to increase new hire success - Maintain knowledge on and monitor hiring trends, regulation changes, and directed hiring staff as such to improve the quality of candidates Head of Accounts Receivable - Oversee the collections process of delinquent debt and determine negotiations as circumstances require - Work closely with outside agencies to improve the collection rates and to adhere to new CFFB policies Vendor Selection and Management - Collaborate with executives to manage new and existing partnerships with a large variety of vendors including VOIP providers, MSP partners, and Telemedicine or other Benefits Operations Management - Provide administrative and technical assistance to any contractors or employees while overseeing day to day operations - Assist with disciplinary and termination processes - Oversee the resolution of client concerns in accordance with company policy - Respond to and take consideration of BBB complaints to ensure client satisfaction - Provide some services to VIP Managed Service Provider clients using technical background
