Professional with 13 years of experience in industrial and energy maintenance, with the last 5 years dedicated to the implementation and optimization of PCM and O&M processes in power generation plants. I have worked on projects totaling over 6 GW of installed capacity, structuring asset trees, maintenance plans, team sizing, and defining critical stocks. My work is guided by RCM/FMEA methodologies, IEC 62446-1 / ISO 55000 standards, and a strong focus on data, reliability, and operational performance. Highlights of my work: - Implementation of PCM in large-scale projects, resulting in cost reduction and increased availability; - Structuring of asset trees and parameterization of CMMS/ERP (SAP PM); - Development of maintenance plans based on RCM/FMEA and definition of critical spare parts; - Management of maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and SCADA data analysis; - Coordination of critical O&M contracts (safety, vegetation, cleaning, transformer oil); - Technical training of field teams and development of SOPs, digital checklists, and HSSE training programs; - Definition of O&M strategy in the engineering/EPC phase, anticipating operation and maintenance requirements.
