Promoted to the corporate-level role building on the successes and experience gained in the previous operational positions, with the target of extending stronger financial discipline to the whole group and improving business understanding. Leading a team of 4 direct reports and several indirect reports, completed the digitalization of key finance processes, established robust financial reporting, led cost saving activities and restructuring projects resulting in improved cost control group wide and enhanced business insight for the executive committee and board.
Relocated to Europe to further develop the cluster finance structure. Led all finance, planning and controlling activities of the subsidiaries in scope, actively developed the contracts review and customer financing function to assist the cluster salesforce, strengthening customer relations and improving reliability of cash streams.
Recruited after profitably leading the sale of the American assets to Tetra Laval, reorganized the Beverage division and fully integrated it into Sidel’s operations. Relocated the Beverage division operations from Dallas (TX) to Atlanta (GA) and successfully led the post-acquisition merger of the two ERP systems (SAP).
Promoted to the senior role shortly after concluding the sale of the US assets to SIG, with overall responsibility of the Americas Cluster and the objective of reorganizing and streamlining the American operations.
Relocated to the USA to oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounting of the newly acquired US-based Figgie Beverage group.
