I run hard industrial energy businesses at global scale. 25+ years. Full P&L ownership of global businesses with multi-billion-dollar revenue. Global organizations up to 2,500 people across eight manufacturing sites. Customers and operations spanning US, EMEA, the Middle East, India, and Asia. What I have done: As VP & General Manager of Baker Hughes’ Industrial Segment, I owned the global P&L of a $1B business across eight manufacturing sites — delivering 8% organic growth and +150bps of operating margin expansion. In parallel I served as Chairman & CEO of the GE-Triveni Joint Venture in India. As Chief Technology Officer of Baker Hughes Turbomachinery & Process Solutions, I led a 2,500-person global engineering organization and a ~$500M annual R&D budget across a multi-billion-dollar global business. As Chief Commercial Officer of GE Oil & Gas Global Turbomachinery, I ran $6.5B in annual orders through a 300-person global commercial organization and delivered +63% order growth in three years. As General Manager of Product Leadership & Strategy, I launched the NovaLT industrial gas turbine family — $200M+ in orders within three years — and returned a global struggling business from –12% margin to profitability in 18 months. What I do now: At XRG — ADNOC’s international energy investment platform — I lead Energy Infrastructure investments across three verticals: Power for Data Centers (gas-to-power infrastructure for hyperscale AI compute), Gas Infrastructure (LNG, midstream, gas-to-power), and Energy Transition (hydrogen, CCUS, blue ammonia, energy storage). Mandate spans origination, structuring, and execution of M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments on a global basis — including a flagship equity participation in ExxonMobil’s Baytown Blue Ammonia project. I built XRG’s investment and business development capability from inception and assembled a 20-person team. Earlier I founded Baker Hughes’ corporate venture programme (nine investments in CCUS, hydrogen, and energy storage; GCV 2023 Emerging Investor Leader). The capital-allocation discipline, M&A fluency, and board-governance experience I built across these chapters inform how I now think about operating leadership. Boards: Levidian, Elettrochea, Exergo. Prior: Aero Alliance (GE-Linde JV), GETR, Nuovo Pignone International. MSc Mechanical Engineering, Federico II Naples. HBS Executive Education. GE Crotonville BMC. Italian, based in Abu Dhabi, working globally. Most energized in conversations about scaling and transforming industrial energy platforms at global scale.
