Luca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Padova and a Master of Art in Visual Arts and Cultural Management from the University of IUAV, Venice. Luca has a long trajectory in European Cooperation and Transnational Projects mainly in the contest of cultural and creative industries. At SIRIS Luca work in the consultant division conjugating data analysis and creative approach to support innovation strategies and research policies mainly in the contest of regional development.
