Luca Gennari is a Cinematographer trained under the guidance of Giuseppe Rotunno, AIC, ASC at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. His broad film studies range from Humanities studies at the University of Bologna, technical specialization in workshops such as the Budapest Cinematography Masterclass, with Vilmos Zsigmond and trespassing into documentary research fields during the Aristoteles workshop under the supervision of Lotte Mik Meyer and Laurent Becue Renard. He combines a strong passion for the narrative with an insatiable curiosity for the most disparate luministic and creative techniques, with an innate passion for operating the camera and researching the most disparate visual and narrative forms, always trying to bring to the screen the ambitious vision of the directors with whom he works. He likes to travel, shoot in film and imagine visual concepts with some music in mind.
