Joint Venture company established to develop the Asean market. Sebigas UAC operate both in biogas, solar, biomasses, waste to energy and heat recovery.
Part of Gruppo Industriale Maccaferri. Sebigas is specialized in the design, supply, commissioning, maintenance and management of turnkey biogas plants for energy production from renewable sources. The engineering department is responsible for the overall development of process, basic and detail engineering of turnkey biogas plants for all discipline involved. During 2012-2013 the competences of engineering department have been increased with piping engineer, internal software design, internal development of civil construction engineering, electrical engineering. The proposal department is responsible for biological design, definition of the scope of supply, cost estimation, preparation of the offer, on-site survey, support to obtain all building permits, research and development of new products line and plant size. From 2013, as consequence of the reduced work available in the Italian market, the proposal department is also responsible for the development of new markets, negotiation, business plan, sales strategy development and contracts. I have been with Sebigas since the company’s inception. In these years I have had the chance to reorganize and implement first the technical department and then the proposal and business development team in order to proceed in the internationalization process. Thanks to the teamwork and involvement of all the people, today Sebigas is one of the leading companies on the Italian market for quality and number of installations. In 2013, thanks to the effort in developing the abroad market, I had the chance to open a Joint Venture company in Thailand with local partner (Sebigas UAC Co., Ltd). I am now in the Board of Directors of the new company that is planning to lead the Thailand growing market and to construct Biogas plant both from agricultural, industrial and waste sector.

As Project Engineer I had the following main responsibilities: o Project coordination among different department (Mechanical, Fluid, E&A, Civil, Process, Purchasing and Logistic) o Conformity check of the engineering as to contractual technical specification and safety regulations (Machinery Directive) o Relation with Customers and Suppliers o Planning and controlling o Weight/Costs budget for Mechanical/Fluid design o Non Conformity Report o Preparation of Technical specification / Document management o Site support during erection and commissioning phase o Outsourcing and sub-supplier management Deep understanding and experience in the following disciplines: o Mechanical Design o Hydraulic/Pneumatic control and design o Water and Lubrication system o P&ID preparation o Civil Design Italian European Project responsible (2008-2010) for the implementation of the new Siemens MT PLM software and Standardization of Business processes and workflow coordinating and harmonizing the different department requirements, from Proposal to SCM.
