Lavoro su tematiche quali: ✔ Protezione dei Dati e Privacy (GDPR, AI Act, Digital Services Act) ✔ Etica e Governance dell’Intelligenza Artificiale ✔ Cybersecurity e Sicurezza delle informazioni Attualmente, come Legal Consultant presso CHINO, mi occupo di: 🔹 Consulenza legale su regolamenti europei riguardanti privacy, AI e cybersecurity 🔹 Ricerca e analisi normativa su temi emergenti 🔹 Collaborazione con team multidisciplinari per sviluppare soluzioni compliant e innovative Il mio approccio combina diritto, tecnologia e etica, con l’obiettivo di trovare soluzioni che siano sicure, efficienti e rispettose delle normative e dei canoni etici.
• Researching on emerging legal issues regarding technology; • Writing and dissemination of knowledge on topics that intertwine technology, law and ethics.
• Researching and providing legal consultation regarding EU legislation, including the Medical Device Regulation, the AI Act, the NIS and the GDPR; • Interdisciplinary team work with the other members of CyberEthics Lab.; • Providing peer review to the work of the team; • Assisting the team with any arising legal issues, especially regarding privacy and cybersecurity.
• Authoring and publishing articles, interview and podcasts on a variety of national and international issues, with a specific focus on 'human rights law'; • Team work with the other members of ITSS Verona, especially leading the Human Rights Branch; • Providing peer review to the articles and contribution of the other collaborators; • Lecturer at the "Francesco Fasolo" ITSS Summer School;
