Client Advisor; responding efficiently and accurately to clients via e-mail-phone- live chat and social medias; assist clients with all post sales inquiries inclusiding delivery, returns, repairs and refunds; work to resolve all issues affecting clients orders; engaging in active listening with callers; providing a high level of luxury service; assisting clients during e-commerce sales with also the ability of cross & upselling; daily communication with clients, stores, and external partners; Sales Ceremony; After sales request management; fraud checks.
