As Head of Research and Development, I am responsible for the relevant department. This includes the acquisition of research projects and their scientific and administrative realisation, the planning and management of staff, continuous market observation and representing the company externally.
As a Project Manager, I manage research projects from both a technical and personnel perspective. Starting with the application phase, I accompany the projects through the consortium meetings to completion. I also act as QM representative for our main product "mRay" and as coordinator between customers and the support department for the integration of our solutions.
As a Sales Engineer, I am responsible for the sale of mbits products. The focus is on providing sound advice to all stakeholders, most of whom are doctors and IT staff. Medical expertise and a deep technical understanding are essential. I am also involved in opening up new markets and developing a virtual sales assistant.
As a consultant for software development and methodology, I am part of a dev team for the development of customer projects as well as responsible for the development and implementation of methodology training courses.
As a support and software engineer, I deal with problem solutions and customer inquiries as well as the implementation of plugins for customized adaptations of the software to customer requirements.
