As part of a globally responsible team, I lead the worldwide rollout of Cytric Travel, overseeing seamless implementation, training, and continuous support to ensure successful adoption across the organization. I drive key projects aimed at digitalizing travel processes, streamlining operations, and automating workflows to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings. In addition, I manage global hotel RFP processes and oversee payment process optimization, ensuring alignment with corporate travel strategies and financial objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders, I focus on optimizing travel management solutions to deliver a smarter and more efficient travel experience. I also focus on data quality and agency integration for the travel risk program, ensuring accurate information and seamless coordination to enhance traveller safety.

Following my knowledge as Online Certified Specialist and Trainer for Cytric system, my first task is managing all project phases for the implementation of global and local customers (from the kick-off call to presentation, go-live and manteinance). The target of our implementation is the management of Business Travel for enterprises, Our work is focused on the possiblity to allow all back-office programs, booking systems (self-booking tools and GDS) and Operational Teams to be linked so as to ensure faster and easier operation and reduce errors. Moreover our team provide support and assistance to our customers for any self-booking tool on market (Cytric, Concur, KDS, AeTM, etc.) and helping colleagues and clients directly for any operational issue.

Utilizzo del programma di contabilità Danea, elaborazione fatture, gestione degli adempimenti fiscali del condominio (versamenti di ritenute alla fonte e mod. 770), gestione incassi/pagamenti, cura dei rapporti con i fornitori e relativi contatti tramite mail e telefono.
