With over 20 years of progressive experience as a lawyer and academic, I work at the intersection of corporate criminal law, business and human rights, and ESG and sustainability, with a particular focus on anti-corruption, environmental criminal law, and sustainability due diligence. Admitted to the Rome Bar, I act as Of Counsel to a French law firm in Paris while remaining independent in my practice. I advise on complex and transnational matters involving corporate accountability, compliance, and due diligence obligations. My professional activity combines legal analysis, strategic advice, and expertise in transnational and systemic litigation strategies. In parallel, I teach and conduct research at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences Po, contributing to courses and programmes in environmental law, business and human rights, and corporate accountability. My academic work examines how legal frameworks can operate not only as regulatory constraints, but also as tools for structuring dialogue, enforcement, and institutional change. I am particularly interested in the growing convergence between corporate governance obligations and sustainability due diligence requirements, and in how these frameworks can mutually reinforce a robust understanding of corporate accountability in the context of ecological and social transition.
