Since October 2003, I have been managing the Delivery of the entire INAIL account, which includes network services, web hosting, mail and a help-desk with 44 direct- carry resources. On 2005 I was involved as SDM and SME in the Renewal Process of the contract, generating a 12M growth along with the renewal and on March 2006 a 21M Business Continuity Project. Person-In-Charge of the Area Web Development MPI sites Having become a member, in August 1998, of the Editorial Office for the Internet site of the Ministry of Education, I was put in charge of the site's technological development. From 1999 onwards, I also created and managed the Ministry's Intranet site. Since March 1999, I have been in charge of the entire development team of the Ministry's Internet site which, not least as a result of the many useful applications that it offers, was visited by an average of 115,000 users/day (corresponding to 3 million hits/day) in 2003, with peaks of as many as 175,000 users/day. The Intranet site, on the other hand, thanks to its simpler research applications of the functional equivalent in emulation 3270, reached a visit rate of 25,000 users/day.
