Native Italian, international background, managerial and executive experience within multinational corporations and small-medium-sized enterprises. Flexible, service-oriented, and eager to ongoing learning. Since 2008 hotel business mainly dedicated to the aviation and corporate business. In early 2009 joined a new hotel project: in 2010 I enthusiastically accepted the SW proposal for "the" Sheraton Malpensa. Started off as an operation support specialist (Airport Representative). Moved to Sales: development and contracts for world customers. February 2015: added new duties: development of the Group's Milan Hotels: the 5-star Excelsior Gallia (Luxury Collection brand), and Westin Palace, 4-star Diana Majetic (Sheraton). In September 2016 Sw merged into Marriott's. Worked pretty much all commercial aviation areas: security (still involved), pax service, pax sales, and res, cargo. Traveling for airport contracts, training, standard: Emea, Asia, N. America. Little ticketing. Member of a special team for heavy emergencies and aviation disasters: unfortunately experienced in the '90s. AZ Cargo: also flying as a Load Master on Md11SF / Dc10F out of Mxp and Fco. For 20 years I also helped to look after the family business with travel agencies then sold. Goals: challenges and new targets in aviation and Hospitality services. Sharing, helping people. Still offering aviation/security consultancies for special flights. Time shortage: no more magazine correspondencies (Keypublishing's Airliner World, other). Extra job: amateur organist and choir conductor. Pilot.
