1. Product Data tree: • Definition and creation of configuration items(CI) conform ISO26262 • Creation of data repository using SVN/ClearCase • Identification of dependencies between the configuration items and creation of a solid release procedure • Maintenance of configuration and change throughout the evolution of the project • Release the Configuration and Change Plan • Ensure full data integrity and consistency within product tree • The configuration status of all CIs and status reporting 2. Configuration and Change Board(CCB): • Supporting the PJM with respect to organize the CCBs • Setting-up and Maintaining CCM infrastructure within CCM-Tooling(SPS/UTP/JIRA/RelMgr) under the direction of CCB and project management • Planning of release component versions under the direction of the CCB • The minutes of Change Control Board meetings • The creation of local pre-released baselines which defines intermediate steps towards a CCB defined release baseline • Check for correct change description and for the CCB approved change action on released configuration items • Define which Decisions makes the process of Change Request 3. Supervision of Compliance to (Pre-)Release Procedures and Version Baselining Rules: • Creation of version baselines • Up-to-date documentation of the product tree itself and version dependencies of CIs within product tree • The creation and compatibility of baselines under the direction of CCB 4. Representative for internal/external audits(including safety certification)
Supply Chain Research and Development Sample Management for automotive liniar voltage regulators and industrial products.The main responsabilities are : *To do wafers and sample forecast for customers *To ensure the communication in time for between Front-End sites(FE- Villach, Austria/Kulim) and Back-end sites(BE-Singapore& Malacca Assembly Lines) for samples production *To take care about the wafer type production and prioritize wafers to super fast/fast/normal lots; quantities/lots stopped before ALU/ backup lots/ preliminary wafers/wafers reservation *Slot Booking and Sample order processing via SPO *To check production plan and to release it for delivering Ceramic Samples, Engineering Samples and Qualified Samples * Dispose old development lots; finish/scrap /rebook *To deliver ceramic samples and ISAR ES samples when necessary, e.g. for Sample Centers, Qualification/RPT, ESD/EMC, AE/Marketing *Order, monitor and support production and testing of all development project related wafers, as well as engineering and qualification samples *Shared Reticules Matrix and Samples delivery Management
Responsabilities: •Perform verification of layout adherence to design rules (DRC) and Layout-vs-Schematic checks; •Perform layout of CMOS analog circuits using Cadence tools •Contribute to the groups strategic technical vision with strong knowlwdge about Layout of analog, mixed-signal IC circuits • Interfacing of the mask house •Complete tapeout procedures
