I was the founder of the Dealer Systems department. We managed IT for all BMW Dealers in Belgium. With a strong and efficient team of 6 people we were successful in standardizing all independent dealers with an imaged-hardware platform and a standard dealer system software application. This was a unique situation for BMW in Europe. Belgium was considered to have the most innovative and powerful dealer systems organization. The department became a benchmark for the other countries.
