Luc Talpaert has 25 years of experience in the FMCG, Food & Retail sector. After studying Economics (MBA) and special license Marketing (Vlerick) at the University of Ghent, he worked for Henkel for more than 7 years. After a short stop as marketing manager at AID Communications, Luc focused on entrepreneurship. He starts The Lighthouse in ’93 and Brandlab in ’02 working with clients such as Omega Pharma, Mayerline and Toyota. After an intermediate stop in Real Estate (Century 21) Luc turns his sights to Executive Search as a Partner of Talent Gallery (’16) where he places highly placed profiles for companies such as Sligro, Alken Maes and Savencia. With a backpack full of experience Luc founds in 2022 a new contemporary Executive Search agency called Talent Consulting Team where he, places candidates mostly from his own network and connections.
