Three properties, one standard: excellence at every touchpoint.
Faern is a collection of three premier Swiss alpine resorts, with more than 400 rooms, six restaurants, 3 spas, and a team of 250 dedicated professionals. My role is to translate Faern’s vision, celebrating every moment in the Swiss Alps, into consistent, memorable luxury experiences across every touchpoint. I work closely with General Managers and department heads to align daily operations with long-term strategy, elevate service standards, and build teams that take genuine pride in delivering excellence. My focus is on people first, because engaged and inspired teams consistently exceed guest expectations. Between 2023 and 2025, we drove a 32% increase in group revenue and more than doubled GOP with a 112% improvement, including the full turnaround of a loss-making property into a strong GOP contributor. Five boutique and luxury properties across the Lake Geneva region. Strong commercial and operational results, three new openings delivered, and one asset successfully sold in December 2022.
Multi-brand portfolio across Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, and Zurich. Consistent year-on-year revenue growth, two new hotel openings in Geneva, complex closures managed, and new F&B concepts introduced across the Swiss Romande region.
General Manager in Dakar with oversight of key Accor Africa initiatives across Senegal and Togo. Led the hotel through an exceptional crisis: a coup d'état and temporary government requisition, with the safety of every guest and team member preserved.
