Ensure accurate global or detailed reporting (KPI-cockpit) of financial results for local and European management (analysis and monitoring of sales, annuity, and activities at customer sites. Analysis of causes and explanations of trend deviations in customer equipment, margins, etc. compared to set growth/profitability objectives) Active participation in outlooks with the Financial Director and Sales Directors. Ensure compliance with SOX, ICMP, and ISO initiatives through internal control evaluation, regular communication, and continuous process adaptation.
Manage the end-of-contract process Restructure and simplify the process with internal and external stakeholders.
