30+ years’ experience in utilities sector, I made all my career in the energy business where I have worked from field management (i.e. engineering, projects, generation) to senior management positions (i.e. member of Executive Committee, board member of key subsidiaries). Leading large multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, I have also a broad experience in business development activities (i.e. due diligence, structuring new business and joint venture) and in post-merger activities (i.e. development of and transfer of know-how to integrated teams in generation; construction of >1,5 GW thermal units and renewables). I have also experience in crisis management and arbitration.
• oversee and control the company's engineering operations • be in charge of implementing and monitoring the project risk framework to mitigate the commercial, legal and technical risks associated with the execution of projects • manage and foster the usage of Tractebel design centers • fully deploy the ENGIE Group’s One Safety program within all Tractebel’s operations
