My work focuses on translating business priorities into operating models, platforms, and execution, with clear accountability for results and people. Today, as Chief Operating & Technology Officer at Solvd Group (Allianz Group), I lead enterprise technology, operations, and transformation initiatives, covering AI-enabled platforms, mission-critical delivery, and governance. I am responsible for more than 2,000 people across more than 40 countries worldwide, shaping how technology and operations work together to drive performance, resilience, and measurable impact. My professional journey began in Slovakia, with a strong foundation in analytics and data-driven systems. Over time, it evolved into leading technology- and operations-driven transformation across international organizations. Experience across Europe at SAS, Capgemini, UniCredit, and now Solvd Group has given me a deep understanding of enterprise environments - from vendor and consulting models to fully integrated service and operating organizations.
