Contributed to 15% year-over-year growth of trade show held at the Society's 7-day Annual Meeting for three associations, which is attended by 4,000 surgeons, aestheticians and exhibitors. Oraganized all aspects of the Society's Annual Meeting, including management of $5M budget and event production for 100+ meetings, courses and social events. Negotiated and liaised with venues and negotiated contracts for 7,000 room nights across 5-10 hotels. Coordinated catering, A/V, and speaker presentations; managed vendors and collaborated with partners. The Society is the top professional association for plastic surgeons with 35 employees and 2,600 memboers (it also encompasses the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation and the Society of Plastic Surgery Skin Care Specialists).
