My background: 4+ years leading UX for MedTech and HealthTech products—AI-driven diagnostics, patient care platforms, clinical tools for radiologists and care teams. I've designed MRI viewers, feedback systems, and workflows that reduced friction and rebuilt trust in high-stakes environments and for enterprise customers. AlayaCare is a global B2B home-health SaaS targeted towards home health/care agencies, and facilitates the full range of functions related to the administration of home health and home care services to clients in need. - I led the design of two critical workflows—Client Intake and Client Profile Management—within AlayaCare’s digital platform, used daily by thousands of users across Canada, the US, and Australia/New Zealand. - Collaborated with cross-functional teams and engaged with dozens of stakeholders on a daily basis, including product managers, developers, and senior leadership, to align on product vision and address complex design challenges. - Managed stakeholder alignment through regular presentations and feedback sessions, ensuring that all requirements were met while maintaining transparency throughout the design process. - Optimized user experience to enhance the efficiency of client admission and data management workflows, resulting in improved user satisfaction and operational performance across multiple regions. - Drove the design process from research and ideation through to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation, ensuring that solutions met both user needs and business goals.
Sole designer for mediaire's software product mdbrain, which leverages AI to quantify brain MRIs and produce analysis reports for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases. Responsible for the design of mdbrain's full feature list (medical reports, MRI analysis web platform, MRI viewer and annotating application), while collaborating closely with developers, business development team, and other stakeholders.
Designed research strategy for implementation of appropriate health interventions for specific populations. Gathered, summarized, and analyzed qualitative data in order to develop health interventions. Drafted project proposals and edited grant applications.
