- Replaced the Regional Manager South Pacific on her function as Country Manager Peru, during her maternity leave. - Worked on the development and execution of the sales strategy and plan in the Peruvian market, representing ArcelorMittal International.
- Developed marketing area while the organization’s structure was being redesigned. Strategy: Ensured the elaboration and implementation of all segment Business Plans (Road Maps + X+1/X+3 Projects). - USP: Led a team to the identification of the USP of the company. Consequently, reviewed all the marketing strategy regarding Price, Place, Product and Promotion. - Value Proposition: Developed customer value management for all portfolio products. - Managed the marketing areas of Business Intelligence, Pricing and Promotion, leading a team of 10 people.
- Business Intelligence: Designed and implemented it. Guaranteed the capture and distribution of information to the board and the decision makers. Responsible for market research, competitor monitoring, customer share reports, trend alerts for opportunities and threats, apparent consumption forecast, international trade monitoring and commercial defense (3 antidumping cases). - Pricing: Guaranteed the best price policy per segment. Price list, discounts per group of customers, price hierarchies, desirable import parity, price system control and auditing. - Digital Marketing: Designed and implemented digital strategy focused on branding and leads generation.
- Pricing: Developed methodology for costs and margins systems in order to enhance price policy. - VCP (Value Creation Price): Gave support to product managers in order to define the minimal industrial margin that should generate value for each product, based on capital employed. - Digital Marketing: Designed the new corporative website. Gave support to the launching and maintenance of the marketing portal, which contains all the reports and contents released by the marketing area in a Microsoft SharePoint website.
