My name is Luana Bragança and I have a degree in Petroleum Technology from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal - Barreiro School of Technology. I completed this course in 2023 and had the pleasure of starting my career at the same company where I did my internship for over a year. However, I decided to emigrate to the Netherlands, where I want to learn and develop more in the field of energy. In addition to this course, I also took a course in clinical and forensic secretarial work in order to expand my knowledge. Also, I have an English course at Wall Street English with a certificate, and I have good communication skills. I've done voluntary work in a wide variety of areas, such as organising events at summer festivals and assisting in geriatric care. I am a young woman eager to learn and willing to work in the areas in which I graduated.
During my academic career, in order to meet expenses and reconcile them with my school timetable, I worked for this company that had links with hotels, where I was able to do waitressing work.
To finalise my degree, I did an internship at Carmona S.A. as a production operator. This internship was an enriching experience in that it allowed me to have direct contact with the industrial reality, where I had the opportunity to take part in practical activities such as the control room together with the employees.
