Project Scope Involved in the development and integration of Vector AUTOSAR Classic Platform (CP) on the NXP S32K324 MCU for the TBOX (Telematics Box) platform. The work focused on network communication, diagnostics, security mechanisms, and software integration, with cross-platform collaboration to the SoC (Linux HPC). Key Responsibilities AUTOSAR BSW & SWC Development Configured and optimized CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SOME/IP, DoIP communication modules. Adjusted OS, WDGM, NVM, Crypto, and SecOC modules for stability and performance. Utilized Vector DaVinci Configurator / Developer for BSW and SWC configuration and code generation. Diagnostics & Maintenance Designed and implemented UDS (ISO14229) services such as DID/RID/DTC, SecurityAccess, and RoutineControl. Supported vFlash, DoIP flashing, and SOVD in alignment with OEM specifications (FRS2/FRS3). Defined and maintained DTC attributes (maturation time, snapshot records, reset conditions). Performance & Reliability Tuning Analyzed and optimized MCU memory usage (RAM/Flash allocation, ISR stack utilization). Tuned WdgM supervision, ISR priorities, and task configuration to resolve CAN/ETH overload and unexpected resets. Conducted CPU load and bus load analysis to propose performance improvements. Cross-Domain Integration Designed and validated SPI/IPC/Ethernet communication protocols with the SoC (Linux). Collaborated with suppliers (Desay, Afry, Vector, etc.) for SWC integration and DBC signal routing. Supported CEER platform features including Keyless, eCall, NDHM, UWB, and WLC modules. Achievements & Value Established the TBOX AUTOSAR CP software platform with multi-variant vehicle support. Ensured ECU diagnostics compliance with the latest OEM specifications (FRS2/FRS3.1). Improved system stability by mitigating ISR stack overflow, CAN overrun, and WdgM reset issues. Accelerated software integration workflow and enhanced cross-team debugging efficiency.
