As the India Security Head, I work closely with 4 operating centers , a Modular Manufacturing Yard, a Research Facility and 25 EPC/ EPCM/ PMC projects and the affiliated managers from diverse teams like construction, Procurement, HR, Admin , IDS , Security and guide the business leaders and project directors as the India SME. Furthermore, I ensure that security measures are reinforced for a workforce of over 4K individuals, more than 25 project sites and operating centers with a total of 15K employees.
I led the security team with a strong focus on enhancing safety and security measures. My primary goal was to ensure the protection of employees and their dependents, while also safeguarding multimillion-dollar assets. In addition to that, I successfully minimized the risks and threat exposure for a prestigious client, developed a tailored security strategy and implemented a highly effective countrywide emergency response plan that was utilized across all locations. Overall, my team's efforts were aimed at providing a comprehensive and robust security framework to address any potential emergencies. For Schlumberger, I monitored security audits for recently acquired warehouses, yards, and various administrative locations. Additionally, I efficiently integrated the key product lines into these new facilities. To ensure optimal security, I implemented effective reporting channels across the security domain, aiming to minimize any potential threats. I was a one-stop leader for promoting and securing unhindered client operations.
Deputy Director – Security, Training & Administration Chaired administration for a team of 5 units with 2400 personnel and spread across 3 crucial geographic locations. Championed legal advisory, resolved critical legal cases and recommended legal solutions to the senior leadership. Executed budgets worth INR 1CR, initiated extensive audits and periodic administrative inspections as the lead security auditor & SME. Senior Manager – Security,Operations, L&D Administered a team of 500 and controlled the conduct of UAV (Drone) operations across the state of J&K and Assam.
