I've spent 20 years building enrollment systems that move numbers — and the teams that sustain them. As a senior enrollment executive, I've grown scholarship outcomes to $150M, contributed to a 13% increase in admitted students of color at a highly selective R1, and driven term-over-term enrollment growth at a multi-campus community college — while leading the operational and technology transformations underneath those results. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I've led enterprise CRM implementations, cross-divisional restructuring, DEIB-centered recruitment strategy, and board-level reporting. At Emory, I was invited by the Provost to contribute to a thought leadership group on race-conscious admissions — advising on institutional policy at the highest level during one of higher education's most consequential policy moments. Through Elle Hunter Educational Consulting LLC, I've partnered with national organizations including A Long Walk Home and Jack & Jill of America — designing postsecondary access frameworks that have produced 90%+ college enrollment rates for underserved students. I'm energized by institutions navigating change — declining enrollment, equity gaps, operational complexity, or new market expansion. That's where I do my best work. Currently open to senior enrollment, student success, and institutional strategy leadership roles.
