    Working closely with the Operational team, I am responsible for planning, executing and ensuring the success of events held within Sydney Showground. The 30 hectare Sydney Showground site is managed by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) making the Society one of the largest venue and event management organisation's in Australia. Sydney Showground's elite ENGIE Stadium is home to the Greater Western Sydney Giants AFL team, Sydney Thunder T20 cricket team, as well as hosting a variety of other activities including music events. In addition, the Showground site plays host to over 140 other major events every year attracting over 1 million visitors.

An EnVie business is completely systemised. This new franchise model means franchisee and franchisor have a mutual goal of your SUCCESS. The company was established in 2012 in Australia. I assisted in the launch of this business, writing components of the operations manual and training modules.
