As one of the largest behavioral healthcare systems in the United States, Rogers offers highly effective, evidence-based treatment that helps people reach their full potential for health and well-being. As Executive Director, Talent Acquisition I incorporated a drive for results using creative problem solving, continuous improvement tools and a teamwork approach to lead the talent acquisition initiatives for Rogers. Develop and lead strategies, through collaboration with hospital and partners, to attract talent into our behavioral health system. I had the pleasure of leading the Recruiting, Campus Relations, & Recruitment Marketing teams.

Oversight of the Recruiting and Training departments for the organization. This allows for a seamless transition from recruitment, to new hire, to on-going employee development. Constantly looking for efficiencies in our recruitment and training processes as well as forming strategic partnerships with our vendors. Owning the best practices of these departments so that prospective candidates have the same positive engagment with Franklin Energy no matter who they speak with internally.
Ownership of the Recruiting function for the company. Directly manage the team, the budget, and control our Approved Vendor List. Partner with our Hiring Managers to make sure we continue to hire employees at Franklin Energy who are passionate about the work they do individually as well as the work we do as a company.
Franklin Energy designs and implements customized electric and natural gas energy efficiency programs for utilities, municipalities, and government bodies that help their end-use residential and business customers reduce their energy consumption, resulting in lower operating and maintenance costs.
Currently manage our Salaried Professional Service program for both the Milwaukee & Madison markets. Hire full-time consultants with salaries, benefits, and paid time off to lend out to our clients on specific project-based work. Manage the day-to-day operations of the team and conduct annual performance reviews of all consultants. ~ Doubled the number of consultants in our program in the first year ~ Tripled the number of consultants in our program in the second year ~ Increased weekly billable hours by 230% ~ Placement Activities: Place well matched Salaried Professionals with clients to fulfill long-term projects, maintain consistent and on-going contact with the Salaried Professional and client to ensure exceptional customer service; Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; Uncover additional opportunities through contact with Salaried Professionals on assignment and clients to grow the business and job opportunities for candidates. ~ Salaried Professional Development: Assist in the professional development of each Salaried Professional; Recruit top IT professionals, interview, and hire as Salaried Professionals; Provide on-going and consistent contact with these employees while offering professional and value-added career development; Manage, counsel, and provide performance feedback.
