About

I have experience from international organisations and work across both strategic and operational areas of HR. My background includes global HR operations, HRIS, and supporting leaders and employees in fast-paced and complex environments. Currently, I have stepped in as Interim Global HR Manager at Arribatec Group, acting as the main HR point of contact globally and reporting to the Group CEO. In this role, I support managers across the organisation, working with both strategic and operational HR topics while contributing to organisational development and effective people management across multiple countries. I’m known for building strong relationships and collaborating well across functions, cultures and countries. I have solid knowledge of Norwegian labour law and collective agreements, as well as experience working with HR practices across different countries. Curious, proactive and people-oriented, I appreciate roles where I can combine operational HR with strategic contributions, supporting leaders and employees while helping organisations build strong workplace cultures and achieve their business goals. Working at the intersection of people, business and technology truly motivates me. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in HR and Personnel Management from Kristiania University College.
