Through experiential based executive coaching, leadership development, and transformative leadership retreats, I help leaders and teams connect to their highest potential, and lead from authentic power, purpose and fulfillment. My work is for leaders who are successful on paper, yet sense there is more available: more alignment, more creative power, more truth and a more sustainable way to lead. In every client collaboration, I integrate my seasoned professional skills with a calming presence, sense of humor and heightened intuition. I have cultivated over 20 years of experience from both corporate leadership roles and global consulting, certifications in leading edge individual and group development processes, and a long-time deep personal commitment to conscious evolution.
