At Aberkyn, it is our purpose to develop change leaders who improve performance and health in their organisations and become a force for good in the world. Aberkyn was co-founded by McKinsey & Company, and is now a firm within the firm, 100% owned by McKinsey. Our services cover three inter-related areas: transforming leaders, aligning teams and changing cultures. I am also lead faculty for the facilitator development program for Aberkyn and McKinsey facilitators.
Played a key role in championing and facilitating the development and implementation of a large scale global corporate culture transformation intiaitive. Worked with leaders across all levels globally to engage employees and shift mindsets and behaviors, culture and business performance. Led intensive large group transformational workshops aimed at shifting mindsets and behaviours, and provided performance coaching to executives and high potential employees. Developed new culture embedding programs.
Responsible for leading and implementing a number of key Human Resources initiatives focused on driving change and people strategy in support of business strategy; including leadership development, workforce planning, change management, and process performance for 3 large business units. Functionally led a team of organizational development professionals located throughout North America.
Provided strategic and operational human resources leadership to senior clients. Managed a team based in Canada and the U.S. Led key initiatives such as the development of a balanced scorecard management system and executive leadership program aimed at aligning and developing the leadership team of a large business unit.
