I've spent 25+ years, bridging the creative and commercial sides of the music industry. I am the co-founder and current MD of Rhiza Music Ltd, a platform for emerging and independent artists that enables in-venue, in-store, and in-flight music promotion, helping translate real-world play into growth and performance royalty potential. I also set up JBLS Management over 15 years ago, and across both Rhiza & JBLS, I have gained experience in label management, producer & artist management, music publishing, project management (end-to-end delivery: scope, planning, budgeting, managing clients, timeline & business affairs), A&R, studio production, sync and licensing, global CMO relations, business development, negotiation, strategic planning, change management and company financial management. I love to turn vision into action and to keep evolving wherever I can. I'm curious by nature, committed to learning, and always keen to build deeper knowledge.
